The Review
The good
It makes perfect waffles every time. It is very easy to use. So far I have only used one of the moulds- the standard one, but I use it almost every week. You can control the temperature - we keep it at 7 which is what was recommended. The little light turns off when it is hot enough, you add the batter, the light turns back on, you flip, and then when the light comes off it is ready. I don't wash between every use and I don't spray with oil - I just wipe it down with a paper towel when it is still warm.
Nitpicks
The plates are removable, which is nice for cleaning but they are a little complicated to get off and once you take them off the elements are exposed which stresses me out a little bit. Also ours came with a broken handle, their customer service was very responsive and they sent replacement parts and funny videos to show us how to fix it. In the end it all worked out and I was glad that they had us fix it whether than send it back for a replacement - but I was disappointed they didn't catch the issue in quality control.
Why this one?
This was a gift - but I believe my husband did a lot of research before picking this one!
