The good
Its lightweight and works so well for so many things, under a tart pan that you are worried is going to leak, for granola, for a sheetpan dinner, cookies...infintently practical and very light weight. I also love the little 1/8 sheet pan size too!
Nitpicks
They oxidize if you put them in the dishwasher. Then they are all weird colored - you can still use them, but it is sad. Don't do it.
Why this one?
All of my favorite food blogger had them, so I thought I should too. Also Nordicware is made in the US, and I had some other super soild pans from them
