I wish I knew before buying this that
this feels like the real deal for espresso making. given its 'entry-level' status, i thought i might be getting something a little too easy and non-capable. but let me tell you, this machine has allowed me to fully nerd out about grind size, extraction times, tasting notes, and everything else i want
