The good
Multiple temp settings, keep warm option, big capacity. I would pay even more for this teapot honestly.
Nitpicks
No complaints! My oldest brother doesn't like that it beeps so much (it emits a single beep with each button-press and a few in a row when the water is ready), but I don't mind! I actually like that it beeps when it's ready because otherwise I would forget about it.
Why this one?
One of my favorite things in my house! I drink tea ALL DAY, so a good kettle is a must. I've purchased four times, but not because it breaks often! My first one lasted a few years (using it 5+ times/day) before it started getting wonky. I've also bought this same kettle for our vacation cabin and for my mom.
