The good
Almost everything! My spouse and I each have one. We keep them by the front door and grab them whenever we might stop at a coffee shop. It takes up so little room in my purse. Baristas love that they have ounce measurements inside too.
Nitpicks
It doesn't keep hot drinks hot for THAT long, but I don't mind. If it gets cold before I want it to, I can pop it in the microwave. The rest of the features make up for any drawbacks. The only other small annoyance is that it can leak if the threads aren't fully dry when you're putting the lid back on.

My pro tip for others who have this is
Grab a napkin with your coffee and make sure the threads are fully dry before putting the lid on.
