SO MANY THINGS.
Why this one?
This didn't work for me at all, and I missed the return window. :( The shoulder straps were much too broad for my frame (I'm 5'4 and somewhat petite), so it is very uncomfortable to wear. But mostly I hated the internal organization. You can't not use the pockets, but the compartmentalization meant that it didn't hold my larger items. And if you fill one of the pockets entirely, you can't use the pockets opposite. It's shocking to me that this bag is so popular!
