The good
Holds so much stuff! Love the luggage pass-through that zips closed to be another pocket. A lot of pockets. Laptop sleeve. Not so much internal organization that things get lost. Fits under every seat easily.

No complaints! I wouldn't necessarily choose the quilted design, but I don't mind it.
Why this one?
I was looking for a personal item that would fit under the seat, would hold everything I needed, had an external water bottle holder, and had a luggage pass-through. I almost spent over $100 looking at the nicer brands like Beis. This actually has everything I need and is so inexpensive in comparison.
