The good
These are such a versatile and useful tool - I use them for cooking, tossing salads, pretending I a m a lobster...
Nitpicks
People who are not used to the opening mechanism sometimes struggle - they kind of spring open and sometimes a salad leaf goes flying. I don't really think there is a work around.
Why this one?
This is actually not the exact product I have - the one I have is maybe a little more basic - but if I had to buy a new one I would get these because (1) you need one with metal tips, not rubber - the rubber is bad because you can't use them to scrape, (2) I like OXO as a brand
